Recipe Monday.... Tin Foil Dinners

This is a really easy dinner I like to make when I'm lazy. This is usually made while camping, but I do it at home too.

Just put some hamburger in the middle, cut up some potatoes on one side, and the other side is usually a vegetable, corn or carrots (DBop likes corn, I like carrots). Then on his, I put some onion slices throughout the whole thing. With mine, I just season with garlic salt, onion salt, salt and pepper. Really anything can be used, it just depends on what you have and what's thawed out at the time.

Then wrap like so.... with 2 pieces of tin foil. Place on a cookie sheet and put in the oven for 350 degrees for 45 min to an hour. You can dump it out on a plate or eat it out of the foil. I like ketchup with my potatoes too. Super easy, I know, but who doesn't like that?
