I got this recipe from Food Network's Everyday Italian. I do it a little bit different though.....
Ingredients:
Ricotta Cheese
Mozzarella Cheese
Cheddar Cheese
Parmesan Cheese
1 lb Hamburger
Lasagna Noodles
1 can sliced olives
1 egg
Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown hamburger and season with salt and pepper. Mix all 4 cheeses, hamburger, sliced olives, egg, salt and pepper. Set aside.
Boil lasagna noodles in water and a little bit of oil so that they don't stick (do as many noodles as you have people, sometimes 2 per person if they eat a lot). Take noodles out when they are not quite done, because they will cook more in the oven. Put noodle on an oiled cookie sheet, again, so that they don't stick. Put cheese and hamburger mix on the noodle and roll up the noodle (as shown below).
Make sure casserole dish (I did 2 pans because it's easier for just the 2 of us) has a little bit of pasta sauce on the bottom. Put lasagna rolls on top, cover with more sauce and mozzarella, parmesan, and cheddar cheese.
Put in oven for about 20-25 minutes. Everyone gets their own roll or two.

How am I going to make it until I get home and can make this yummy recipe. Note to self - dont look at Leighannes blog on Mondays unless I've just eaten!!!!! Thanks for sharing. Cant wait to try it. :)
It sounds and looks REALLY healthy with 4 types of cheese. But, it does look really yummy.
