Some More Money Saving Fun...

Today, I went to Target and KMart and purchased 4 eight-packs of pencils, 5 Post-It notepads, 1 bottle of nail polish, and 6 bags of sunflower seeds (which we LOVE). I spent a total of $1.40, ($1.33 at Target, and $.07 at KMart using double coupons) and saved $16.53.

Target has had some really great deals for those who really want to know. The thing I love about Target, is that they have a lot of store coupons that you can stack with manufacture coupons, making for some really good deals and freebies! Especially with the back to school items, all of the office supplies I've been able to get for free or less than $.50 a piece.

I'm really glad I've been able to help out with money in some way. Since I'm not working, I feel like it's my way of "making" my family money, and we've been able to stock up on a lot of things for our 72-hour kits and food storage. A little work sure pays off!
